“I am Woman” is a verbatim piece, devised and scripted from interviews with women from across the country and their experiences of womanhood. Their stories are emotive, witty, empowering, told by five women in a play filled with dance, lip syncing and… periods…! The play encompasses the strength of women finding solidarity in each other drawn from shared experience to form a collective movement that inspires discussion and action. Come and see this moving - but also hopeful - reminder of the inequalities still faced by women on a daily basis and smash. the. PATRIARCHY!
