Dissonance: Freshers Slots 2025
Wednesday 19 November 2025
“It doesn’t matter anymore. I’ve given up.”
Sam’s life hangs in the balance. Will she go? Will she stay? And who gets to decide?
When a secret is uncovered at an innocuous bus stop as the day breaks, Sam is thrown into a spiral that will lead her to question everything. As the day progresses, she cannot help but get lost in the memory of the night past. By the time night falls again, Sam must reckon with the consequences of the morning’s drama when faced with a reunion of childhood friends.
Dissonance explores the challenge of those moments in life where change and permanence collide in an understated and unseen way.
HalfBaked: The Halfhound of the Bakervilles
Wednesday 19 November 2025
A bloody and mysterious death in Devonshire takes Dr Watson to the heart of a foggy moorland and a dark plot. With Holmes refusing to leave London, and hounded by a phantom on the moors, will they be able to discover the culprit before the beast strikes again?
In true halfBaked style, not all performers will be off book, and there will be (fully) baked goods provided with every tickets, so BYOB (bring your own beast), and get ready for a reasonably good time!

Fancy a giggle? Come along at 10:30pm every Friday to catch a show!
Fancy making others giggle? Come along to one of our weekly workshops every Saturday at 12midday!
Imps tn? Hell yeah!
Every Sunday 12:00 to 14:00, we do theatre maintenance where we tidy up the building and make improvements. Bedlam runs on volunteer help, so you will be asked to attend one of these sessions if you have worked on a show in the theatre. Similarly, you will be required to help staff a show (or two if you did a mainterm) in exchange for the members who helped staff your show. You can log into your account on the Bedlam website to see if you have maintenance or staffing debt and sign up for a session to fulfill that. There are instructions on the website and people to help you in the building, so don’t worry if you’re new to any of the tasks! You can clear maintenance debt by coming to a Maintenance Session or talking to Maysan Abdidayim or Morgan Hazelip (Theatre Managers) at [email protected]. Likewise, you can contact Uppie Shah or Elise Chan (Front of House Managers) at [email protected] if you have any questions about staffing. You can sign up for your staffing slot here. Thanks for the help!
