Brief Lives

Three stories of life -- as told by death.

Magda lives alone, abandoned by her children she buys gifts for grandchildren she never sees. Frank cares for Greg, watching the man he loves slowly fade away in front of him. Grace works in a morgue, working with the dead she grows ever more detached from the living. And over all of them watches Death, forever detached from the living she yearns to connect to them, but can only do so in the fleeting moments as they die.
