Emily is lost, alone and reaching for her red balloon. In the aftermath of a disaster on the tube, she is caught in a world she doesn’t know. In this purgatory strangers search, pray and hope for their escape, but Emily is just looking for her balloon.

A poignant piece of original, devised theatre, this play incorporates elements of physical theatre and symbolism. Red Balloons follows the journey of a young girl between life and what lies beyond.
