The Hen Party

“An original play involving the women of Shakespeare’s many plays, a hen party and a stripper.”

An original writing by Caitlin Powell, with a little bit of help from William Shakespeare, ‘The Hen Party’ focuses on the women of Shakespeare’s greatest plays, and puts them all together at the Hen Party of Alice, who discovers that her friends don’t all get on that well.

As the night unravels, friendships are broken, discoveries are made and much alcohol is consumed.
