It’s your usual shift at work. Setting up for the usual crowds you are now observing the irritating nature of everyone you work with. Allow yourself to be kept in the company of Glasgow’s finest waiting staff. Our new girl with some mysterious baggage. Prepare to be asked many annoying questions, to be serenaded by our loveable “screenwriter” and his…oh dear… his ukulele. Top it all off with a manager that is, shall we say, going through some changes. “We are waiting” is half an hour of frustration, anger and love in the most likely of places… the kitchen.
