- Made an un-godly amount of money
- Managed to a do a Fringe while the building was being worked on
- Rearranged the tech store
- Reskinng and repainting the floors of the balconies
- Made new storage box for the clamps
- Sanded and revarnished the box office
- Replaced the light in the box office to something that actually works
- Reupholsted the stools
- Bought new fridges
- Fixed all of the sockets and plugs on the rig.
- Rewired (/fix) the sound system
- Reskinned the stage, of course
