Meet the couple every couple wants to be. Today, it is his birthday and tomorrow they’ll be in Stockholm. Bryony Lavery’s play reveals a relationship unravelling. It’s the razor-thin line between tenderness and cruelty, actor and narrator, captor and hostage. It’s beautiful, but it’s not pretty.
