Dorothy Gale is an unhappy young girl who suddenly finds herself whisked off to a strange land when a cyclone scoops her house up into the sky.
There she meets a host of colourful characters, as well as some less friendly folk, as she makes her way to the Emerald City to meet the Wonderful Wizard of Oz himself.
Based on L. Frank Baum’s beloved series of books, this adaptation borrows from the first two novels- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and the Marvellous Land of Oz- to create a tale of laughter, suspense and friendship.
